Mrs. Perry founded Santa Rosa's Juneteenth Celebration in 1954. Mrs. Perry worked tirelessly for the underserved of Santa Rosa. She represented the community on clean water issues, child welfare and many other social issues. She was a staple in the Santa Rosa community.
